Does the warm home discount go to the gas account as it is meant to warm homes many of which these days are central heating systems. ??? Cannot get this info ANYWHERE.!!!

It split utilita will happily do this but should already really be doing this from the start rather than putting it all on electricity

Hi, there is a new feature now where you can split the money between gas and electric withdrawing from the electric and adding to your savings then when it’s gone through you withdraw from savings then add to gas ?

Hi iv not received a letter I normally get it every year the warm home discount scheme phone line doest work the number did work in December when I rang a man told me km eligible for the scheme ams a letter will be sent in the post

@twallis2006 Have you rang the Utilita Customer Contact Centre to speak to an advisor who would be able to look into this?
